Please excuse the impersonality of this note. This is a letter I have dreaded writing and it is with mixed emotions that I pen this. I have decided to close my San Francisco office as of the end of this year. There are many reasons but the biggest is my desire to work less while I am in good health and to pursue my other passions.
My practice is being transferred to Dr Lillie A. Mosaddegh a friend and colleague, who has offices in West Portal, the Mission and downtown on Post St near Union Square. Dr Mosaddegh is an excellent surgeon and has many years of experience in comprehensive Ophthalmology including cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic eye diseases, dry eye treatments and refractive procedures. In addition she is a wonderful person. I would trust my own eyes with her. I am confident that you will be in good hands. My Optometrist Dr Lisa O’Connor is joining with her and will continue to practice in the West Portal office below. If you have upcoming appointments in the New Year they will be rescheduled. Their office will contact you. Our office will close as of December 9, 2015.
Our current office phone number will be transferred to her offices and will continue to be active. Her practice contact information is as follows:
490 Post Street, Suite 1440, San Francisco, CA 94102, phone 415-392-4437
380 West Portal Ave, Suite B, San Francisco, CA 94127, phone 415-753-0284
2480 Mission Street, Suite 107A, San Francisco, CA 94110, phone 415-285-3895
It has truly been an honor and a pleasure to know you and to treat you for so many years. We have gotten to know each other well over the years. You have given me many memories that I will always treasure. I wish for all of you the best and I hope you will understand my decision.
